What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads nothing from other companies. The only information we collect is what you type into the scoping form: your name, work email, organization, job title if you give it, organization size, Microsoft 365 licensing, what you're interested in and your message.

Where it goes

When you send the form, it goes to Web3Forms, a form service, which emails it to one mailbox in our Microsoft 365 account. The site itself keeps no copy. Web3Forms operates from India and keeps a copy of what you send for up to three years. It stores data with Amazon Web Services and also uses Cloudflare and Hetzner, so your request is processed outside Canada, possibly in several countries. While it's there, the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of those countries may be able to access it. To catch spam, Web3Forms may send your IP address and email address to two spam filters, CleanTalk and Akismet. Our mailbox is stored in Canada.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to scope your request. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for one year, then delete them. Web3Forms keeps its own copy for up to three years.

Your rights

Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA, applies to the personal information we collect. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email hello@thornwallsecurity.ca.
